INVESTIGATION  This module will deepen the new investigations reached by Colciencias, the National Committee of Science and Technology, and the Commission for the Rational and Efficient Use of Energy –CIURE. Some investigations developed by qualified groups will be presented, as well as their contacts in the international scientific community.   TECHNOLOGICAL FRONTIER   This module will present the technological developments for the exploitation of energy sources and its applications in the energetic sector with structural solutions. Additionally, scientific and empirical developments in appropriation of technological innovation will be considered, with a special emphasis in energetic cultivations.   ENERGETIC AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICIES   This module will present the actual state of the energetic and environmental policies, to evaluate if any modifications regarding regulation and tax exploitations have taken place.   COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION AND BUSINESS MANAGEMENT   This module will present how the Electric Energy Companies in the rural areas have developed work and community management strategies that satisfy the needs of human groups established in social and environmental fragile areas.
